INFO

We, the founders of STSâ„¢, are creating an empowerment community. We hope to inspire others, support our friends, and make new ones.  We seek to express our true selves, promote mental wellness, and create a world where the possibilities are endless for everyone, regardless of personal struggles.

This is an effort--an initiative to change the world, alter perception, and accept ourselves for all that we are in the process.

Mental illness affects roughly 1 in 4 people in the United States.  If this problem is so widespread, why is no one talking about it?  Shouldn't we be trying to help each other through it?  We think so.  We hope to provide an organization that fosters the development of a support network. But we're not going to stop there. We're launching STSâ„¢ as a movement. That's why we're starting the conversation. Let's get talking.

We've all been told by countless professionals in the field--psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists--that our thoughts influence our feelings and manifest into behaviors.  Let's make them positive. Let's brainstorm how to make the world a more accepting place.

Most of our country's greatest creators, inventors, leaders, musicians all had something in common: mental health issues! Seriously.  Take President Abe Lincoln for example.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not a hotline; we are your cheerleaders here to encourage you to get the help you need.  We are not trained professionals and will never pretend to act as such.  Please consult with certified health care providers to get the answers you need. STSâ„¢ is only able to comment based on personal experience and research.
